Bloomington Sewer Expansion Project Moves Forward

The project will install new sewer mains along Marygold Avenue, Locust Avenue, and Linden Avenue, allowing about 150 properties to transition from septic systems to modern sewer service — improving public health, safety, and infrastructure in Bloomington.

Ayala Park Shade Structures Contract Awarded

The Bloomington Recreation and Park District has approved a $376,000 construction contract to install new shade structures at Ayala Park — improving comfort and usability for families, kids, and park visitors. This project supports health, safety, and quality-of-life improvements by providing much-needed shade at one of Bloomington’s most used community parks.

Rosena Ranch Fire Station & Sheriff Substation Moving Forward

Construction is officially moving forward on the $19.4 million Rosena Ranch Fire Station and Sheriff Substation, bringing critical public safety services closer to the community. This investment strengthens emergency response times, improves public safety, and supports the growing Rosena Ranch area.
