Enhancing Infrastructure
With an investment of $1.4 million, we are focused on the mill, overlay, and reconstruction of roads in Rosena Ranch, ensuring improved road conditions that enhance safety and convenience for residents.
Prioritizing Safety and Convenience
Safety around schools is paramount. We are collaborating with Rosena Ranch School to address traffic concerns, including red curbs in front of hydrants, lighted stop signs, and restriping efforts to improve drop-off and parking. Our goal is to create a safer and more efficient school environment for students and parents.
Maintaining Community Pride
With a dedicated effort to maintain Rosena Ranch, we allocate resources to ensure the community’s continued vibrancy and pride, providing essential services and amenities for residents.
Sycamore Creek Dr. and Sycamore Creek Loop
Enhancing road safety is a priority. We have introduced additional flashing stop signs at key intersections, such as Sycamore Creek Dr. and Sycamore Creek Loop, to improve safety and convenience for residents.
40th Street and Other Roads
A substantial investment of $2.8 million is allocated for mill and overlay projects, as well as ADA ramp improvements, for eight roads in the Arrowhead Farms area. These efforts enhance road quality and accessibility for residents while fostering community pride.
Enhancing Flood Channel and Roadways
With an investment of $2.7 million, we are committed to improving Little Third Street, including road and flood channel enhancements. These improvements promote safety, protect against flooding, and enhance the overall well-being of the community.
