Homelessness/ Housing

To address the pressing issue of homelessness in our county, we have embarked on a comprehensive set of initiatives with a total funding commitment of $72.7 million. These initiatives are designed to make a substantial impact and provide much-needed support to individuals experiencing homelessness.

These initiatives, supported by diverse funding sources, represent our dedication to addressing homelessness comprehensively. Our goal is to make a significant and lasting impact on this critical issue, ensuring a brighter future for all residents of San Bernardino County.

• $75M Pacific Village Phase III (permanent housing, supportive units, recuperative beds)

• $14.7M Pacific Village Phase II Expansion (32 additional beds)
• $12.7M HOME – American Rescue Plan (ARPA)
• $5M HOME Funding – Arrowhead Grove (92 affordable units)
• $5M U.S. VETS E Street Project (29 supportive housing units)
• $5M All-Star Lodge Homekey Project (76 supportive housing units)
• $3.83M Kern Street Expansion (20 interim shelter beds)
