• $2.8M Improvements on 40th Street & Other Roads (road maintenance, rehabilitation, ADA ramp reconstruction)
• $1.2M Newmark Elementary School Sidewalk Improvements (sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ADA ramps)
• $959,000 Septic-to-Sewer Conversion Program (state funding)
• Septic-to-Sewer Connection Program with San Bernardino Municipal Water District (ongoing)
• Street Rehabilitation in Unincorporated Areas
• Culvert Box Improvements for Flood Mitigation (storm drainage upgrades)
