SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – In a touching ceremony that bridged generations and honored military service, Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. witnessed a proud moment as his late grandfather, World War II veteran Telesfor Dominguez, was awarded a high school diploma posthumously by the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools Veterans Diploma Project.
